To ensure fairness, transparency, and smooth operation of our services, the following payment policy applies to all members and clients of Vital Box Gym, Inc.:

Advance Payment Requirement

• All services, memberships, training sessions, use of sports equipment, and access to gym facilities must be fully paid in advance.

• No services, classes, or use of gym equipment will be provided without prior payment.

Non-Acceptance of Services Without Payment

• Members and clients who have not completed their payments will not be permitted to:

• Access the gym facilities.

• Use sports equipment, gadgets, or training accessories.

• Participate in classes, training programs, or any related services.

Delinquency and Grace Period

• A grace period of five (5) calendar days will be granted after the due date of the last payment.

• On the sixth (6th) day, the account will be considered delinquent (in arrears), and all access to services, equipment, and facilities will be automatically suspended until full payment is made.

Responsibility for Payments

• Members remain fully responsible for timely payments regardless of facility usage.

• No credits, extensions, or compensations will be granted for periods of suspension due to late or missing payments.

By enrolling in Vital Box Gym, Inc., the member acknowledges and agrees to abide by this strict payment policy.
