At Vital Box Gym, Inc., we strive to provide the highest quality of fitness and training services. To maintain fairness, consistency, and operational efficiency, the following cancellation and refund policy applies to all memberships, packages, and services:

All Sales Are Final

All membership fees, personal training sessions, class packages, and any other payments made to Vital Box Gym, Inc. are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or personal decision not to continue.

• Relocation, travel, or change of residence.

• Illness, injury, or medical condition.

• Lack of usage of the facilities or services.

Non-Transferable

Memberships and services purchased are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be reassigned or shared with another individual.

Cancellations

Members may choose to cancel their membership at any time; however, cancellation does not entitle the member to any refund or credit for unused time, sessions, or services.

Exceptions

The only exceptions to this policy will be those required by applicable laws in the Republic of Panama. Any such exceptions will be handled strictly in compliance with legal obligations.

Acknowledgment

By enrolling at Vital Box Gym, Inc., the member acknowledges and agrees to this strict no-refund policy and accepts responsibility for all payments made.
