1. What is Vital Boxing Gym?
Vital Boxing Gym, Inc. is a fitness and boxing center in Panama that combines functional training, group fitness, boxing fundamentals, and specialized programs like intermittent fasting guidance.
2. What makes Vital Boxing Gym different?
We combine fitness + boxing through our exclusive Optimates Muscles Method, integrating conditioning, technique, nutrition, and lifestyle.
3. How can I become a member?
You can join through our website, mobile app, or directly at our facilities. Memberships are available monthly, quarterly, or annually.
4. What is the DreymBro / DreymSister Program?
It’s our exclusive community recognition program. You can become a DreymBro or DreymSister by booking specific services or by subscribing to our membership.
5. Do you offer group classes?
Yes. We offer Group Fitness Classes, Strength & Conditioning, HIIT & Cardio Workouts, and Boxing Fundamentals.

7. Do you offer guidance for intermittent fasting?
Yes. Through the Vital Fasting Method, we provide structured intermittent fasting plans tailored for fitness and boxing, including nutrition guidance.
8. What are the basic boxing exercises I will learn?
Jump rope, shadowboxing, heavy bag, footwork drills, defense drills, push-ups, core training, and HIIT-based conditioning.
9. What are the basic fitness exercises included?
Squats, push-ups, planks, lunges, burpees, strength with weights (deadlifts, presses, rows), cardio, and stretching.
10. What is the Gym Rules & Etiquette Policy?
Respect staff and members.
Proper hygiene and clean attire.
Use and return equipment responsibly.
No food in training areas; phones silent.
Respect Vital Boxing Gym inside and outside the facilities.
11. What is your Payment Policy?
All services must be paid in advance. No training, use of equipment, or classes will be allowed under arrears. Accounts are delinquent 5 days after due date, and access will be suspended until payment is complete.
12. Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
No. According to our Cancellation & Refund Policy, all sales are final and non-refundable under any circumstance.
13. What is the Liability Waiver?
By joining, members release Vital Boxing Gym, Inc. from liability for injuries, accidents, or pre-existing health conditions, whether inside, outside, or during outdoor activities.
14. Do you have a website and app?
Yes. Our digital platform allows you to:

We comply with Law 81 of 2019 (Panama) on Data Protection. Your data is collected only with consent, used for specific purposes, kept confidential, and protected with security measures. You have ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, Opposition).

Through our website and app, you can see when Dreym spaces are available and upcoming or ongoing events.
18. Do you organize outdoor activities?
Yes. We occasionally hold fitness & boxing events outdoors, and the same rules of safety and respect apply.
19. Do you offer nutrition guidance?
Yes. We provide Nutrition Guidance, Intermittent Fasting Programs, and Healthy Eating Rules to complement your training.
20. What are some basic healthy eating rules?
Eat natural, fresh foods.
